Growing up in postwar Germany, he faced poverty, hardship, and a difficult home life. Seeking a new path, he moved to London, where a casting agent discovered him by chance. This encounter launched a remarkable career spanning over 275 films. Known for his fearless, hypnotic performances, Kier worked with legendary directors and built a legacy of unforgettable, unconventional roles. He passed away at 81, leaving behind an extraordinary cinematic legacy
