Cody Ennis spent nearly four years growing his hair for one beautiful reason: he wanted his girlfriend to be able to wear it.

Hannah Hosking has alopecia and had lost most of her hair, along with her eyebrows and eyelashes. About six months into their relationship, Cody asked how long she would want his hair to be if he ever grew it for her.

Her answer? Around 30 inches. 😄

Cody took her seriously.

For almost four years, he patiently grew and cared for his hair until it reached about 29 inches. Then he had it cut and sent away to be turned into a custom wig. ✂️💇‍♂️

When Hannah finally received the wig, she was overwhelmed with emotion and cried. 🥹❤️

She said seeing herself in the mirror made her feel loved and described the wig as her “prized possession.” 🫶

Nearly four years of patience, love, and dedication went into creating a gift she could carry with her every day. ❤️✨
