South Carolina School Bus Crash Sends Children to Hospital

A school bus carrying around 35 students and two adults from Pine Ridge Middle School overturned on I-77 in South Carolina on Thursday after blowing a tire. The bus was returning from a field trip when it flipped onto its side amid heavy traffic, trapping several children in the wreckage.

Emergency responders, including five medical helicopters, quickly arrived at the scene. Multiple students were transported to nearby hospitals for treatment. Aerial footage captured the aftermath, showing the bus lying on its side as first responders worked to assist the injured.
