Last week my husband and I went to the shelter with the intention of adopting a baby dog.
This is where we met two tiny Boxer puppies, just picked up after losing their mom in a tragic accident. 💔
At first we thought we’d only adopt one. But when we held her in our arms, something immediately hit us: she kept looking for her brother. Their little paws would cling to each other, as if they were going to be separated. Their looks spoke volumes. 😢🐾
At that exact moment, we realized we couldn’t separate them.
So we decided to adopt them both. ❤️
This photo was taken on the way home: two little Boxers all snuggled up together, safe at last, reunited at last. And at that moment, we knew it was the right decision. 😊🐶💞
