A Night in the Forest
I’ve always enjoyed extreme adventures, but something happened recently that made me reconsider.
One winter, my friends and I decided to spend a night in the forest. We set up tents with just sleeping bags and warm clothes. To capture the experience, I set up a night-vision camera inside my tent, expecting typical forest sounds.
The first few hours were uneventful, but around 3 a.m., a fawn appeared outside the tent. It cautiously climbed in, stood near me, and, to my horror, relieved itself on my sleeping bag and even my face while I slept unaware.
Watching the footage made me realize that maybe I’ve had enough adrenaline in my life. Nature has its surprises—and sometimes, they’re horrifying.
