Kat Timpf confirms Gutfeld! break for more surgery — But Internet trolls still won’t let her be

Kat Timpf, co-host of *Gutfeld!*, is facing breast cancer, motherhood, and online criticism with honesty and humor. On June 25, she announced a temporary leave for another surgery following her Stage 0 breast cancer diagnosis and double mastectomy earlier this year.

Timpf first revealed her diagnosis shortly after giving birth in February, calling the early detection a blessing. She returned to TV two months later, cancer-free but still recovering. Despite support from fans, Kat has battled mom-shamers, conspiracy theories, and even false death rumors online. She’s addressed it all head-on, often with sarcasm: “I swear I know more about my case than people online.”

Her unique, unfiltered approach remains unchanged. “It’s not about pity,” she says, “just owning my story—one brutally honest joke at a time.”
