Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) was confronted by a Fox News Digital reporter in the Capitol following renewed public discussion about past immigration-related allegations, after comments made by former Border Czar Tom Homan during a Newsmax interview.

Homan claimed that Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) is reviewing old records tied to earlier concerns, though no official findings or outcomes have been announced. He said the matter is being looked into again, stressing that any conclusions would come through proper channels.
