“Paris Hilton Claps Back at Online Trolls: ‘My Son Just Has a Big Brain’”

Living in the public eye can be glamorous, but it also comes with scrutiny and judgment—a reality Paris Hilton knows well. Recently, the star faced online trolls targeting her 9-month-old son, Phoenix Barron, over the size of his head.

Paris and her husband, Carter Reum, welcomed Phoenix via surrogate in 2023. While sharing a photo from a family trip to New York, cruel comments appeared online, with remarks like “Man got a lot of thoughts up there” mocking the baby.

Paris didn’t hesitate to defend her son, responding: “There are some sick people in this world. My angel is perfectly healthy. And yes, of course he has been to a doctor, he just has a large brain.” She also credited her close-knit family for support, saying her mother and sister Nicky Hilton are always ready with advice.

The incident is a reminder that even celebrities face online hate, but Paris’ protective response highlights her unwavering love for Phoenix.
