Shredded cheddar (or cheese blend) 1 cup

Instructions
1. Prep like a pro
Chop the onion and slice the bell pepper. If you’re not using pre-cooked noodles, get them boiled and ready.

2. Sizzle that beef
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well to coat everything with flavor.

3. Veggie time
Add the onions and bell pepper. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until softened. Toss in frozen veggies and cook 3–4 more minutes until everything is tender and warm.

4. Bring it all together
Mix in the cooked noodles and fold until evenly combined. Remove from heat.

5. Make it melty
Sprinkle the cheese over the skillet and cover. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until that gooey goodness melts down beautifully.

6. Serve it hot
Top with fresh herbs, crushed red pepper, or a dollop of sour cream if you’re feeling fancy. Then dig in and watch it disappear.
