Ingredients

Ground beef or steak strips 1 lb
Olive oil 1 tablespoon
Onion, diced 1 small
Red bell pepper, sliced 1
Frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn) 1 cup
Garlic powder 1 teaspoon
Onion powder 1 teaspoon
Paprika (or smoked paprika) 1 teaspoon
Salt and pepper To taste
Cooked elbow macaroni or egg noodles 2 cups
Shredded cheddar (or cheese blend) 1 cup
Optional: parsley, crushed red pepper, sour cream For garnish
Instructions
1. Prep like a pro
Chop the onion and slice the bell pepper. If you’re not using pre-cooked noodles, get them boiled and ready.

2. Sizzle that beef
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well to coat everything with flavor.
